Hospice of Montgomery, the first hospice in Alabama, is a community-based, independent not-for-profit healthcare agency providing professional, compassionate, quality hospice care to terminally ill patients and their families.

We are dedicated to improving the quality of life for terminally ill patients. Utilizing a team of healthcare professionals, our mission is to provide quality non-curative medical and support services within the home setting to meet the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of the patient and family during the final stages of illness, dying, death and bereavement.

The board, staff and volunteers of Hospice of Montgomery believe that by working together, we can change the way people live and die in our community.
