Cost: $50.00 per person

Your Support Will:

Enable us to fulfill our mission to provide quality palliative care to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of those in our community affected by terminal illness.

We also want to assure you that we continually strive to maintain the highest ethical standards in determining the ways we use the resources that are entrusted to us.

Event sponsorships will provide:

• uninsured patients with hospice care and services
• medications for the uninsured
• the use of a hospital bed, wheelchair or other necessary medical equipment
• educational training for volunteers who provide a full host of services including caregiver relief.
